This kind of changes are done by developers as per their convenience, is the layout plan approved by local planning authority ? Developers can't change the plan as and when they wish, is at all any changes to be made they need to take revised layout plan approval from local planning authority.

Planning to buy home which has documents like sale deeds, B khata certificate and BBMP tax paid certificates ( last 10 years) but there is no DC Conversion certificate. Current owner doesn't have DC Conversion copy. Please guide how to get the DC copy and next steps to purchase.

I personally don't suggest you to purchase B Khata property, by doing so you are not just risking your hard earned money, you would loose your peace of mind as well for various reasons. Solution is current owner has to regularise the property by paying betterment charges once govt starts akrama-sakrama scheme, later you can buy that property.
