Plain sand will slide down the hopper and plunger and feed well. However when mixed with cement and water the material will not slide down so easy like that, so you still can't over fill the hopper without breaking it up a little with a shovel. But the same could be said for the other machines. Better to not over fill and let the material drop down before scooping more 😁 they should make a side plate for the hopper (like a back board) they can throw the cement against to break it up before it falls into hopper. Helps tremendously to prevent bridging
