I only do on scalp lightener if they come in every 4-6 wks, (and no more) AND I have someone assisting.me. Otherwise, I would do it just this way. Very safe, and controlled, and even use that toner formula. Nicely done. I would never do a bleach retouch on scalp unless I did the initial work, either. Olaplex and low vol for sure.
