Gold skelly is the toxic racist almost every time unless they are a content creator or friends with one, they also are for some reason pretty bad at pvp, they likely loss farmed their way to 1k, the gold ghost curse users are pretty chill tho. (Idk why gold skellys are the way they are, if i ever had the skelly curse i would use it bc it lools great, but not as bragging and toxicity rights)

As a sunken sorrow curse enjoyer, I would like to clear a few things up: 1: I am in fact a very chill person 2: I will not hesitate to destroy a ship that attacks me 3: It is not jelly, it is ocean aids.
I had a entire overdramatic overly complex adventure getting the sunken curse, in the most inefficient way possible, due to constant attacks while me and my friends were doing it, and other unlucky things like multiple krakens over the course of the whole grind. All those happenstance moments made me love the silly jelly skin, and it matches my black and blue fit so that’s a plus

As a skelly curse pirate i tend to be as good a sport as I can when going against other players. Not always easy especially if you sunk someone and the player/players are both dead to not hear the gg. Gold skelly/ghost is accurate for the most part. Im slowly working to the gold skelly at my own pace. Overall great interpretation of each of the curses!

It used to the dedicated players who did all nine tall tales 5 times legitimately and are usually super chill, and then you have the people who got it by using check points and are just toxic and try to show it off even though it, one it's like how it used to be (Different for each player), and take nearly a fraction of the time to get

i use the souls curse but i am getting athenas blessing and i use it because i have the boar hat and it is imitating a blind pirate edit : you explained it perfectly. although i only tuck with the barrel emote but other than that i agree with you i love tomfoolery and just play music sometimes when tucking and etc just to fuck with the crew im tucking in. i never do no harm just do it for fun
I might as well share my spot in this stereotype list. I fall under the Legendary and (to an extent) the Ghost Curse. Even though I don't have either yet, but am level 95 at the time of this comment, I am going to where these curses for the mentioned reasons. I just unironically like the way those curses look. I'm a member of Athena's Fortune through thick and thin, and I just like the Legendary curse because it's impressive, looks good, yet is subtle. I'd wear the legendary curse for normal use though, and the Ghost Curse for RP and commendations, as the latter makes me a glowing beacon in combat, making boarding impossible and getting sniped inevitable. I'm also pretty chill in the game 90% of the time, with the other 10% being a blood-thirsty Reaper (but still not toxic). So yeah, I'd say you got it pretty accurate, but of course I doo think I am a slight outlier in the "toxic" part of these curses, as I'm anything but toxic.

Gold cruse isn’t that bad as a flex tho it’s not that hard yet easy has other cruses I say the gold cruse is the 3d best cruse with the skeleton and ghost cruse it is a nice looking cruse and I evening have it and I’m lowkey grinding for ghost then skeleton

In my experience, skele curses are generally pretty chill, though willing to sink you if they need to. However, if they’re wearing the crimson bones, be prepared to cover your ears.
Gold curse with legendary hunter of sea of thieves title are alpha tier sweat lords who in my experience, have been around so long and literally done everything in the game…they don’t care about money, toxicity or XP (they’re maxed at everything) and will wonder aimlessly around the map, looking for opportunities to be cool to new players… they just want to sail with their friends and bestow grand gifts to the next generation of pirates!
I have Ashen & Sunken curse. They’re both relatively easy to get, just grindy but not too grindy. I wear Sunken curse with a mixture of ghost & ashen clothes. I like glowing stuff it is what it is
To be fair the gold curse people being toxic probably stems from mind numbingly doing tall tales for hours on end, at the end coming out of it hating Rare. I hate tall tales myself so that grind was absolute torture
I know the ashen curse is associated with noobs, but I like it. I usually run ashen, gold or legendary, but once I get the skeleton curse I’m using that full time
