Thank you, so much for explaining how to fix a barrette when it will not close. I was able to fix a bunch of barrettes. For my girls I prefer barrettes and sometimes bands. Mostly barrettes because I feel that the bow stays centered better. Love these new videos by you.
I have a 18 month old Shih Tzu and I feel like I prefer the bands, but I would like to try the plastic clips with the ball and they just snapped shut. As far as locking in her bow before I was able to use the soft ponytails I just took a section from the front wrapped the band around that then I slip the bow over top of that. I do not wrap the band that’s on the bow then I grab the rest of the hair and pull it into that section and blend it in And then do another band around that. That way I was able to snip those bands out then pull out her bow without any damage or pain to her or damage to the bow, and then I would snip the original band that I wrapped around her. I don’t know if you have a video on how to lock in a bow like that so I thought I would just mention it in the comments. I appreciate your video and thank you. I do believe this is one that I watched when I first got her and it did help thank you ❤❤ also your babies are beautiful ❤❤
I use bands on my shihtzu, Chica! Her hair is like Bisou's, thinner and silkier than a typical tzu. It took some practice in the beginning, but now doing her topknot is pretty quick!
Damara, I would love to see a video of how you do a topknot on Bisou! As you know, I have a lot of your gorgeous bows. But, when I put Lexi's bows in her hair, it flops over to one side, lol! I want to show off her bows, but I don't know how to do a topknot correctly. I did buy your topknot guide, but I do better with a visual aid! I know you are super super busy, but is there any way you might do a video?
When I add a bow with a band on top of the soft scruncky it doesn't say put as soon as he shakes him head or scratches his head the bow just moves etc how can u make it stay on better/ secure it tighter I hate having to cut the bands off as it wastes the bows but i need to secure them more. If i wrap the bow band a couple of times then it's harder to remove. Do u ever use how wrapping paper on the top knot and place the bows on that? So the bands don't touch the hair and damage it?
If you are using my bows, the bow will not fly off or move if your furbaby shakes or scratches. some other vendors offer bands attached to the bow that are way too big. You shouldn't have to wrap the bow, this causes the bands to pop after one or two uses. You also don't cut the bands from the back of the bow. I have not tried wrapping with the tissue like show dogs. If you apply the bow correctly, it will not damage the hair.
Love the lazy day option with flat bow! Bisou is so adorable!! Love her color!
Thanks :)

Angie Martin got you covered! I'll send it tonight
Doesn't the lazy day soft band fly off when doggie shakes her head? As you mentioned don't get anything with rubber so a little confused.
no it stays on. there's thin rubber on the inside of the soft scrunchi, not touching her hair.
I have a maltese named Paisley, she's 8 months old. Paisley won't leave barrettes in her hair so I only use bands.
cami Stewart thank you
