I have been curious, what dictates a perma death, is it player discretion or is there an amount of damage that causes it? I would assume it's player discretion because I've seen James drop people from cranes and he himself fall from insane heights and survive.
It’s player based but some use dice rolls and some have conditions that will result in perma, I think if you go to the Mel videos where a ranger perma’d it would give you some more insight on one way it happens or when James shot people at a gun deal ☺️
