- When I am out filming on the street, I try to leave myself open to these kinds of conversations and encounters unfolding. This wasn't something I planned for (nor can i) but it was really beautiful to see the shift in Sofia's demeanor from the moment we met to when she walked away.
We all have the ability to release the past and free our minds. Whether its depression, addiction, anxiety, you name it. The beliefs we hold and stories we tell ourselves shape our reality moment by moment.
Hypnosis is one of many tools that can be used to reprogram the mind. But you can also get there on your own through from journaling, mediation, therapy, etc.... However, sometimes it takes a stranger to give us permission to set ourselves free.

Every relationship is not only about teaching something. It’s about sharing love with each other. It’s is a beautiful experience. This girl really needs a true love, I hope she finds it. One more thing max, you can program the mind but you cannot program the soul. Her soul needs to be set free. It’s like when you are really feeling hungry, you need a good food. just programming the mind that I will not feel hungry any more will not stop your hunger. It’ll be an illusion.

I have major anxiety to the point where i have fake heart attacks doctors words not mine i feel like max could get rid of this very easily considering seeing a hypnotherapists

I would’ve started panicking if a stranger went. “Here im gonna give you a gift. Every time i shake your hand you’re gonna feel your eyes get heavier and heavier. now sleep” like what???? The lesson was cool though about mentally making things that you want harder for yourself. Its a lot easier to achieve your goals if you just let yourself have it.
Bro ! I’ve never been hypnotized nor understand hypnosis but bro I really believe I couldn’t be hypnotized. I have no issues with hypnosis it’s a cool staged trick I think but If I could demonstrate how it can be ignored mentally by being one who could not be hypnotized by anyone. Thats what I’d like to accomplish.
