That's just one of his most simple examples that I could think of on the spot, but he has way more intricate ones though. It's basically, rhyming in between the bar instead of just on the ending of every line. Me personally, I've gotten to the point where I can rhyme whole entire sentences by doing this. That's why it's so easy for me to spot & detect whenever another emcee does it. Hope that somewhat explains it for you.
