Just too many issues. You need to get a technician to look at it. The CT-F950 are well worth getting fixed, they can be sold for a few bob.

    Greetings
Nice video. How did you get the pin out?

I thought I showed this, anyway....
It's a tapered pin, loose in one hole and gripping in the other hole.
Either slightly compress bracket to see which hole is loose OR gently tap the pin with a thin punch.
If it doesn't move then push from the other end and in one of the directions it will simply fall out.
Start with really gentle taps both ways and slowly increase force until it falls out.
Remember which way the pin goes when re-inserting

where did you get the pinch roller(s)?

I'll try to get back to you on that. I need to go through my box.

I think I found it. I only changed the main take-up pinch roller. I picked the best of the old two for the supply pinch. Remember the pinch arms are identical but the guide is only on the supply pinch. Also know that the pin is tapered at one end. Be careful when punching the pin out that you push in the right direction, if you're careful you'll feel it.
The original is 10Dx8Wx2d. I think I replaced it with a www.wagneronline.com.au CPR32 which is 13Dx8Wx2d, ie it's a slightly larger diameter which I see no problem in using. It just fits.
There is an outside possibility that I got the pinch from aliexpress.com but my paperwork only includes the wagner pinch so I'm almost sure it was the CPR32 ($6.92).
Note that another person claims the shaft is 1.8mm, not 2mm, but I found the new roller to be quite snug with no slop .
Also I just remembered that I had to file some of the brass off as it was a just a smidge too wide.

    It is absolutely wrong replacement.
This deck can achieve it's own spec only with the proper sizes pin h rollers.
This decks are equipped even with different size left and right pinch rollers, like one is 100mm and the other is 11mm.
It is not a good job .

I would have used the right size if I could get one. Having said that I see no problem. A larger roller has a better grip on the capstan and less prone to slipping.
You haven't given a reason. The only thing I can think of is that it depends on a certain slippage between the two. Is that what you are saying? If so you may be right but it works and works well. The difference in slippage is miniscule.
