You can use "My hobbies are reading and sports" Super Soul if you use custom Goku, you can unlock it for 5tp medals and equip it on him and then use him for Vegeta's Expert Mission.
You can use goku, goku(super sayian god), and Gogeta(super sayian 4). Unsure about the other goku variants since these are all I have unlocked at the moment,but most likely useable too. Also recommend changing their stats to whichever one raises attack power for ki blasts.
@Twillek1019_ my method to get more tp medal is to not collect daily mail and over time you'll get more greater mail such as 50 tp metal I managed to get 570 tp metal by not playing game 😅

When they drop super TP medals I hope it’ll make the grind a lot better , I don’t mind spending money as long as it’s reasonable and actually improves the experience of creating our characters . Just don’t make that price too high

Why don't you just use the same character? You can wish for medals infinitely so long as you gather them again which isn't that hard imo.
