Hello, Very good and interested. When can we say that Robson is not applicable to a woman? If the woman admeted with twin pregnant how to do the classification? woman admited with Uterus ruprure ou Abruption is the classification applicable to her?
For Rupturr uterus....laprotomy is done ...so that is ruled out from CS list
In classifying pt of abruption ... forget about abruption and classify according to
g age,parity,lie ,preterm,multiple preg, onset of labour, prev scar
Just like other pt
Abruption +
Pg at 37 weeks cephalic at 4cm
Group 1
If induced ...group 2a
If cs done before labour...2b
Abruption + g3p2 prev svd at 37 weeks cephalic 3 cm dilated
Group3
Induced...4a
Cs before lab ...4b
