All the things you can know about a tree just by looking at the rings from the trunk it’s really cool
The excitement in his voice when he pats the bigger tree and says a century or more old. The amount of respect he shows the tree is astounding. Love it
For in the true nature of things, if we rightly consider, every green tree is far more glorious than if it were made of gold and silver.

I always knew. Trees and plants are of the same way living creatures. They are just very slow, that's why we think they are just something organic and static.
