I just subscribed , love the affirmations . A meditation channel never should have ads , it’s totally disruptive , you can put them in the beginning and the end and it’s the same , when you upload a video the ads are placed randomly , you have the option to edit this, by going inside the channel and slide the bar of the ads in the video to place them where you want , thanks
