Any state or union territory of India should not have special rights. If Article 370 implemented in Jammu and Kashmir then 370 should be implemented in each and every state and union territory.
Muslim should enjoy similar rights as religious minorities India as Hindus are enjoying in Kashmir valley for 70 years.
