I sometimes watched this show when I was a kid. I always thought it seemed rigged. Then years later I found out the host was involved with the game show scandal in the 50's.
You can tell they had been out of action for a while - the production in places here was an absolute mess, to the point where I'm surprised Barry was even prepared to put his name to it.

I remember commercial breaks where the women used to run on to the stage in just their underwear and tickle each other for two minutes and then run off stage giggling and they would do that every commercial break.

It's amazing how unpolished the presentation is. It was very much livened up in the 2nd syndicated season with the new theme and musical cues.

I loved the Joker’s Wild when Jim Peck and Bill Cullen hosted, but in my opinion the show died when Jack Barry died.
