So great to see that people or company's that is buying new equipment was working for in Mozambique tete and work on all kinds of earth moving equipment like the Hitachi 8000 Komatsu 6000
I once took an artic and low loader to Whitworth Quarry in Lancashire to collect a 20ton excavator. Nothing unusual or scary untill it started raining and turned the long uphill drag out of the quarry into a slimey slip way. Obviously I made it out because I am able to write this comment today, but it was a bit nerve wracking for the last 100meters to the top!
Yet again, brilliant footage! One of the best chanels for plant by far. I'd love to see the ex1200 up close and operate one. An amazing piece of kit. This thing gives me goosebumps!
There is a company here in the US that uses the Hitachi 1200 on large projects where they have a lot of material to move. The 1200 I saw was loading Cat 777 haul trucks with a D10 grading the floor of the rock cut while the 1200 sat on the pile. The company is Peter Kiewit Sons construction. Or otherwise known as Kiewit.
I saw the ex1200 at the docks last year when hcmuk invited me up to see my new machine in production the 1200 some machine had a good look round it although it was in part form
Nice when they are new, ours at work has 26000 hours on it and is used and abused. Constant issues. It is a spare unit for batters and when the 2600 we have go in for service or broken down for any length of time.
I think that 1200 is totally at its max with that 777…should have something more like an 1800 loads 777’s…1200 is an odd size machine…too big for some jobs and too small for others…an 800 size machine can do almost what 1200 can and they’re faster and an 1800 will blow a 1200 right out of the water!…beautiful machine though!

I had heard it was sitting in the docks for quite a while.
@@AwesomeEarthmovers I think so, there was a 1200 cab and tracks in G A Smiths yard at tyne dock newcastle last year.

I never kept any equipment after 10,000 to 15,000 hours or so. That is when you generally have to start putting money into them.
nice machine 🙌
good job, good share brother👍👍👍👍👍👍
Wowwwwww... 120 Ton

Very nice

WOWWW 🔥
Beard on that crane driver 😲
Spettacolare
I'd like to watch it from start to finish in normal play..
Probably took 3 days to assemble it. Still want to watch it??
We have 3 1200s . Only takes a day and a half to assemble or disassemble.

@Rick Real music is the sound of the machines working , that's the music most lads want .
Wat is rs of this hitachi
Brasil🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
warm for February lol
i own a hitachi 100 this is so funny to compare
you skipped too much of the assembly. also don't speed it up.
Big big
Using chain slings like that is NOT recommended
🤩😭🙏👌👍
Lil teaspoon
Surely that machine can’t be cost effective. So many passes to load a truck. That’s a lot of sitting around.
LIEBHERR hat da bei weitem bessere Technologie!😎
kostet eben auch mehr

bench height is way to low, the operator is not very efficient.
@@no1mongrel no offence intended. I’ve been on CAT 6020s long enough to know better..
Bench is perfect, top of tracks at top of bed. Written in cat efficiency books.
Great.
I also have a video.
Please watch it if you like.
Thank you.
