I tested many time DPS will go around those 3test due to my internet connection problem that cause me lose my DPS test lol
Test method
I will start with zero in every think and end test after I used 3 inscribed stone skill (around 3 min test per test)

My answer is Skill1 can reduce all skill 2,3 when skill 1 is Crit. And you can reduce your skill 4 CD base on your CD% when you use skill1 it has chance to reduce skill4 equal to your CD%. That why we need to get more Crit and CD.

That why in my opinion Paladin need to build Resonance because while Resonance it always Crit. Then your skill1 can reduce all 2,3 CD and while resonance you will get glory point easy to help you enchant skill 2 and 3

I always use 6-3-4-2-1-(2 if enchant)-1-2-3... I always use3 first when it not CD and when 2 or 3 are enchant I will use it first

@@akodonateakolakas4051 base on my experience, I think SS and Barb are hood to against me as Paladin. I thing those to class are best class for 3v3

Yes, for 10v10
For in 3v3 after I figure out I think all stats from gear and described stone not include for sure then in 3v3 you didn't focus on your inscribed stone.
