- In celebration of Junkyu’s debut,
Here’s a little look back on what he’ve gone through as a trainee chasing his dream debut from mixnine to yg treasure box. He never had it easy. Two survival shows. His confidence hit rock bottom but he managed to stand up again now we’re here. Time flies so fast and finally the day has come for him. I couldn’t be any more proud and happier. This is only just the beginning........ From now on let’s continue to walk on flowery road with your brothers Junkyu-ya. Fighting! 💙
y’all idk how many times i cried while editing this. I am so grateful to junkyu for not giving up on his dream. he’s the one who made it possible and i’m so proud of him. i love him so much and i’m gonna love him forever. Please continue supporting our Junkyu/Treasure, these boys deserve nothing but all the love in this world 💙

Look I dont think he meant it in the wrong way...these producers know when someone hasn't unlocked their full potential and they can be quite harsh to push them further...if u look at jyp's survival shows he's said the same to ppl who he ended up debuting as well...its just to push them.

When Junkyu got that Balenciaga gift, my eyes veered to Yedami and how he was getting emotional for Junkyu. I teared up when just before his monthly eval, Doyoung cheered him on. These guys are so supportive of one another. Its genuinely the thing I love most about looking through these videos now that they’ve debuted

Kim Junkyu never fails to amaze each one of us. From his visual to talent, he's one of a kind. I'm so happy that a lot of teumes acknowledges Junkyu's voice, Junkyu should be more appreciated for his talent because his good looks is just a bonus. I'm so happy that Yang Hyun Suk sajangnim acknowledged him as an Ace that JYP failed to see at. That one moment turned Junkyu to what he is right now, and for that, I'm thankful that he didn't give up and strive harder than ever. I hope to see our vocalist Junkyu take his mic and sing us a beautiful song just like him.
Yes, same. So happy that Mr. Yang Hyun Suk gave him strength and not just negative feedbacks. He really knows how to see talent that's why he don't give up on Junkyu.
Yang Hyunsuk maybe not the best human, but he is the best mentor and producer, he has treat his artist to be proffesional artist not just idol .
Yep that why i stan yg even tho papa yg did so many bad thing but he created so many legendary and talent artist even if he get hate from other people we all know yg artist love him

I’m so glad YG didn’t give up on him on Ygtb, instead he helped him build his confidence by letting the trainees give comments about him, therapy and a compliment with a gift on it. Yg might be shit as everyone says but I think he’s a good man.
well I kinda know how yg does his things, if he doesn’t like the trainee he straight off kicking them out of the company.

He saw junkyu's potentials that's why he didn't give up on him like what he said kyu is one of his ace.. if it was some other trainees he would've kicked them out.

i don't really watch all ygtb videos but i really wonder why 9 year trainees aren't treated the same and if they don't see the potential in him why keep him in the company for 9 years:(
YG must be really bad in others eyes but we ( YG STAN) really admire him for a genius when it comes to pick an artist! YG is the most legendary for us that's y they always attacked of scandal but u haters u never bring him down!

@@zahra2420 Usually K-pop agencies buy music from overseas producers and overseas labels. So comebacks will be more frequent. While in yg music is either made by their artists themselves ( self-produced artists) or either by their producers themselves. That is one of the reason. And another thing is agencies like to give so many comebacks to their idols because of their profit share.Most of the companies don't pay their artists properly and also there will be the debt system for the idols. So many comebacks will be a gain for the agency. Because majority of the profit goes to the company. So agencies use idols as money making machines. While in yg, profit share is fare. So with one comeback itself,company make a good profit along with the artists and artists are not overworked.

At first i knew that yg artists are great but i was always wondering why yg himself didn't give them quick comebacks like other kpop groups
Even in ygtb he said something like 'you know that our artists don't just release albums quickly'
But thinking that treasure members are mostly producers and songwriters, makes what you said true.
The fact that other groups have quick comebacks does support your statement. Anyway i used to not like yg but bcuz of treasure now i am becomeing more idk is it open-minded?
@@zahra2420 yeah I'm a yg artists Stan for more than 10 years now. Yge was always like this when it comes to comebacks. They have a entirety different comeback from other K-pop agencies. They follow more of a western way of comeback system . Like western artists don't have any specific comeback calender or anything. They come up with the music when they are ready with it. I personally like yg's comeback system. They probably have the most healthiest working style in K-pop ( atleast for me).And as I said before, aside from few collaboration projects all of their music is made in the agency itself when other K-pop agencies depend on multiple production houses for music. That is why jyp said once that no one can do justice to yg songs other than yg artists themselves. Because in yge each song is made for each artists. Winner songs are made for winner,the same goes to bigbang ,akmu or any other group. That is why people usually don't pick yg songs to do cover. And when it comes to pay scale, if we take jyp, he is known for giving multiple comebacks for his artists. I remember in 2020 he himself ranked 1st as richest K-pop idol.while none of his artists came in top 30. At the same time blackpink with 25 songs and 1 world tour became the richest 3rd gen female K-pop idols in the industry. So, with less comebacks yge is still one of the richest agency in K-pop and their artists earn fare amount of money also.

This is what I mean by how genius YG is. Junkyu was not the best dancer like what JYP said. But YG saw the potential in him and decided to train him further. So now he debuted with Treasure and look at him now.

Now you understand why Yg artist called an Artist and have a confidence or stage presence that the others don't have. Big 3 is a priveledge but competitions happened everyday. They deserved all the achievements they get.
I’m just so happy for junkyu and how he no longer has to feel insecure or unsure about his talent or skills because he has improved so much and worked hard to be where he is right now. He has always had a very unique and powerful voice and you can truly see the difference of his self esteem from mixnine to ygtb and all the way to debut. It’s just crazy how he was low in the ranks and during ygtb he got the love and attention he deserves. I hope new treasure makers or just anyone for that matter don’t see him as just funny, cute, and good looking, but take the time to genuinely acknowledge him as a person, his talent and how he is so consistent with everything he does. Look at every video you can of him and really pay attention to his dancing and singing ability, don’t just let it go over your head. I hope people really support him.
You can really see that YG doesn't want to lose Junkyu he let him participate in mixnine and lowkey checking on him everytime, you'll see how disappointed he was when he needs to announce that Junkyu was eliminated he even says that he sees Junkyu as the ace among his trainees, after that Junkyu again participated in another survival show and there you can see him helping Junkyu gain his confidence back and chose him many times. YG knew that Junkyu will be a big thing sooner or later.

Junkyu the real inspiration for all young generation to never give up in life. He learn from the mistake. He has low confidence in mixnine but look..... in ygtb he has high confidence bcause the love from other trainee and fans. Now... Junkyu one of Treasure MEMBER. WAW SALUTE TO JUNKYU! Junkyu has always been my bias since ygtb cuz I was so amaze by him. He's so strong and talented the fact that he didn't give up even though trainee days has always been so hard for him and now he finally debut after 5 years of training he made it I'm so proud of you our handsome koala and thank you yg for giving him a second chance.
JYP and that jyp artist saying that yg trainees aren’t talented back at mix9 era but now JYP is jealous of TREASURE and TREASURE is just a rookie but they are in sync with other popular groups. TREASURE improves day by day because YG traines differently from other companys. Now tell my why YG deserves to be the top 1 company of the big 3.

I fall for his voice since day 1 MixNine when he sang front at JYP & I'm desperately asking peoples in MixNine comments to vote for him since I'm international fans at that time can't vote & I heart broken when he was eliminated, I stop watching it only came to see the final who'll debut...
And soo happy to see him again in Treasure Box he changed I almost not recognize him I have to watch again team A looking for him cos he damn hot on that all black solo video..
His voice is still my favorite cos of his uniqueness, clear pronunciations, stable vocal but as time goes he also good at dance know if you see his personal fancam stage Performance he is very good now in dancing (Hyunsuk said JunKyu's dance is rising, I'm soo proud of him)
Watching this makes me cry again what a journey JunKyu, thank you for this video he is underated as vocalist & dancer but keep patient he'll be amazing idol 💙 please support TREASURE we all know how hard, pain & tearful their journey 💎
Junkyu is really my bias until now. I saw how he worked hard. Him being not confident even though he is so talented. He always keep lowering his confidence even though his voice is really amazing. He worked hard on this and I'm so proud of him for being so strong and now, he debuted. I'm really so proud of him🥺❤️

In terms of junkyu, I've learned that in this world we need someone who needs immediate struggle or effort. If we are confident and optimistic, we will be able to cover all the costs in that way. Anyway, thank you for trying harder to do what I want. I learned a lot from my brother in the past. Thank you so much for being synchronized.

one thing i really love about yg is that, they can see someone's potential and tries to build their talent as well as their confidence. yg may sometimes be frustrating because of the words they throw to the trainees, on the other hand it was a really big help for the trainees to further grow and enhance their skills. i'm so proud of junkyu for giving his best no matter what :(

All mixnine did was bring him down. Glad that YGTB helped him to get up again. What YGTB staff assigned him to do, was really amazing of them. And seeing his cheerful self now, sometimes make me forget that he had to go through all of those hardships to be in his position now.

Seeing and watching him finally reaching his dream step by step, I can't stop sobbing coz I am beyond happy for him. I love him so much and I will always support him till the end.
