They are pretty much the same phone with small little changes or tweaks here n there I have the a53 and I've had no problems with it and it performs perfectly for me no complaints.
@Eisa Suleman Khatri really? How long gave you had your a53 and that's odd I've never come across lag at all. Probably where you are from or the amount of stuff you have downloaded in storage or on your phone. I have the galaxy a53 5G but yeah if you have lag problems I'd look into your settings or maybe it's your carrier. Could be many things.
