+dan dann The Masks and the scroll remind me of the Anbu Unit from Naruto but im not sure because of the neon collors. And there may be more animes with these characteristics as well. But honestly, as Tha Trickaz use this pic as their logo on their Website as well it seems to be custom made for them and not just from some anime. But even if it is custom made, its definitively oriented on some sort of anime (i'll stick with the anbu as i dont know any other similar figure in anime yet) EDIT: Now im sure its from Naruto because their logo on Soundcloud and on their capes is exactly the Akazuki-Cloud in yellow/blue + The Anbu-masks, the scroll and the sword. But its definitively custom made to this neon collors - you dont find something like this in naruto i think!

Tha Trickaz masks are inspired by "Nô" theater (japanese theater), Anbu from Naruto of course, and Dragon Ball for the cloud (some people said it's like the Akatsuki in Naruto, others said it's the magic cloud in DBZ). Tha Trickaz love the japanese universe and anime/manga style. ! Otodayo !
