    Sir the lower left diagram that you made, is it not that of pnp common base transistor?
    How would a block diagram of the the npn common emitter which is in the syllabus be drawn ?

    sir if ,in pnp transistor there is a transfer of resistance from one junction to another.then how electrons flow through it if depletion region is high and how electrons are accumulated in collector.???????

    2. Doping level of base in pnp is increased?

    sir why base is thin and lightly doped?

  • @muskangupta1035
    @muskangupta1035 7 ปีที่แล้ว

    Why we have taken base as thin???
    Why we take pn junction forward bias and np reverse can we take both opp or both reverse or both forward??????

    • @rohit_rc3788
      @rohit_rc3788 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      ans to 1st q: we have taken thin base so that it has less no. of majority carriers hence the minority can easily flow from emitter to collector and as a result we can get high collector current and current gain..
