Thank you for this video but please what should be the total width after joining the slanted area.... please i want to know the width to use assuming i don't want to use asooke, assuming I'm using a plain fabric

It depends on the size of your client. For instance, if the head measurement is 23 inches, you can make the total length to be 25 inches. That is, 1 inch at both sides for joining allowance
For the height of the cap, which is the width, 9 inches is okay
