What a miracle today was. Despite the amazing time we had as a family on the helicopter we saw a pretty big blessing (one might call it a miracle). Landon has not had a seizure for more than a year. On the very last night, where we need to wake up at 4am, he has a sudden grand mal seizure. Historically the medicine we have has not stopped seizures like this and we have had to go to the hosptial but after a quick word of prayer and administering his rescue medication, he suddenly came aware and he seizure stopped. This has NEVER happened before. We were incredibly grateful it did not require more medical attention!

Care for you all, but Landon is the man!! I had epilepsy when I was 11>>>>> on. And I just feel for him. Had my first big seizure in school, 6th grade. I was put on a “do not” list at school and wasn’t allowed to play sports, do physical stuff in PE, basically anything fun. Landon is a hero doing all he does and just keeps on going!! Landon is so loved and admired by so many, because, although I'm sure he has his moments (like all of us), he is a shinning example of strength and courage. Stay as healthy as you can... the world needs you.

Glad he was doing bit better to fly back home instead of staying longer . It sucks how at times we think we are fine and no seizures for so long weather be short or long periods of time . Then boom out of no where one or two comes on ..well that's how it is for me at times .
He was hospitalized cause drs wanted to see what causes his seizures. They tried making him have one for a couple days and he didn't

I have been there it’s beautiful I went all around the whole island and one day I went to see how long it would take. I went to see a bunch of stuff I saw black island sand from the volcano ice I did a luau I saw lotta surfers. It’s a beautiful place. I’m glad you guys went. I thought you had some for me too.

I know you must be tired of people info about seizures... I just want to share one that I didn't know at all that could trigger mines. I'm from Uruguay, last June was coming back from special Olympics in Germany (long travel) first flight was Germany to Spain, I slept since I put my seat belt as soon as I board 😂. I had a grand mal seizure DURING the landing in Spain, it was crazy, our doctor from Uruguay delegates apparently switched seats and stayed with me because it was a long one also. And it was triggered by a HUGE and fast change of pressure even inside the plane (I also had new and more powerful hearing aids that didn't help either). But watching the video, maybe the helicopter ride got a few ups and downs that seem like nothing but might have "helped" trigger" this one for sweet Lando! Hope he get some rest and get his sparkle back soon ❤
And maybe take in count change in pressures to be prepared. In my case it was caused by 95% humidity, a huge change in temperature, but that days in particular that episodes of big pressure changes were occurring and you can get that info before traveling!
Praise the lord and praying landon doing better and praying he doesn't have any more seizures

I have epilepsy so I know all about seizures. My last one was back in 2016 and it was a nasty grand Mal seizure. I am very blessed to still be here. It took me a while to recover, but I continue to know each and every day how valuable life truly is. I am so glad that Landon is doing better. Give him a hug for me ❤
