Random Number Generation (RNG) is a GDQ Hotfix show about randomizers and their communities that takes place every other Tuesday. This show includes a unique feature where the host (Skybilz) relays questions between the runners and twitch chat to provide an interactive experience for everyone. 1:38:40 I really appreciate speed run stuff put into games for more casual players, breaking the game with glitches and exploits is often extremely difficult and punishing, not to mention gets you out of the experience watching samus doing some jumps out of bounds in prime or stuff like that lol, not really canon friendly.
Casuals like me get to feel cool and fast when memorizing and pulling of small tricks like that.

Power grip is the only item that you need but don't need you only need it for one room and that room is the second room right in norfair because the root bug thing spans in it if you don't have it
