That was kinda cute. Them talking at the beginning was so cringe worthy, but the actual puppet show was nice. Nothing will ever compare to Hermione reading it in Deathly Hallows Part 1 and that amazing animation though.
That death puppet looks amazing! Even the giant one that came out of the box/cabinet had amazing detail! This story had always been one of my favorites X3 and I, over all, think this is really good! Except , like others were saying, it did feel a bit rushed.
I liked the show, the puppets are pretty cool especially Death, but I felt there was a long build up for such a short story, I feel the story could have been done a wee bit slower as it felt quite rushed :)
But they did rush trough it much quicker then i remember from the movie... But maybe it would be to boring if they told it in a slower pace because there isn't really that much happening with the puppets...
The background music in order: "Living Death" (HP6), "The Ministry of Magic" (HP5), "Lily's Theme" (HP7P2), "Obliviate" (HP7), "Polyjuice Potion" (HP7). The song that plays while they're putting everything away is "The Slug Party" (HP6).
I went there last year and while I found this entertaining what really takes the cake, in my opinion, was the Celestina Warbeck concert. I really liked the music and it was extremely entertaining
Great show, but I feel the ending and wrap up lacked a lot. :/ I think it would have made things a little more entertaining if Tommy(?) had done a charm as he stepped through the door since he was going to after the play?
GaarasIchibi88 Its the Resurrection Stone.. The Philosopher's Stone is something completely different. Its just a simplified version of the story that Hermione read in Deathly Hallows.
Luckygirl the philosophers stone is completely different from the resurrection stone the philosophers stone was created by Nicholas Flammel and the resurrection stone was created by death
I find the beginning so cheesy it makes me cringe. Reminds me of young childrens tv programs....the actual puppet story is good but i would have enjoyed it more if it had been puppets that were dropped down into a stage so the puppeteer isnt seen...the puppets dont stand out very much from the puppeteers its a bit distracting.
Michael Baker I think it has to do with Snape's deep love and connection to Lily and the fact that Harry carries her protective spell. So, just as Snape's patronus is the same as Lily's (a doe), he can feel her presence in spite of the invisibility cloak.
Michael Baker I believe your referring to in the philosophers stone while Severus Snape was interrogating Quirrel, I believe snape could just hear harry's breathing
@@tp1492a Snape never had "deep love and connection to Lily"... He had a one sided obsession because she was the only person who didn't treat him like total shit. He was the definition of an incel. It also had literally nothing to do with that scene. When Snape thinks someone might be nearby and reaches out, it is because he is super paranoid and the cloak doesn't stop sound or smell.
I'm going to read my daughter the tales of beetle the bard and educate her on the wizarding world and the year she turns 11 in taking to the wizarding world of harry potter and I'm buying her the hardback covers of the harry potter series and get her all of the movies (harry potter and fantastic beast) she is my little witch and I can't wait to introduce her to this world
If they are gonna tell the story of the 3 Brothers there shouldn't be 2 Boys and 2 Girls and there should be a man playing a brother not a Girl i think it's a bad play compared to the Movies ! this makes the movie looks Bad !
Why don't they just have face character meet & greets with Hary Potter, Ron, Hermione, Hagrid, Dumbledore, etc as entertainment? You'd think meeting Harry Potter would be a highlight of visiting the "Wizarding World of Harry Potter"
But you'll be more interested on how the actual Wizarding World works and what would you do if you actually live there...well,it's my first thought when i found out about this theme park, maybe for other people it's different....
It was actually a specific request and stipulation of J.K. Rowling's that no actor could portray her characters outside of those featured in the films, for continuity purposes, so unfortunately main characters and even smaller named characters are out of the question.
darkpenguincowboy I don't know how accurate this is. Thay have other actors portraying Harry, Ron, & Hermione of the Hogwarts Express Ride. You can tell that their voices on the ride are not the same voices in the films.
I did know that, I believe that her biggest qualm with actors would be the improv aspect, keeping things meticulously cannon would be difficult. In addition, how many times have you seen a face character based off of a live action character and thought, "Well, they are good, but no one could play ____ like _____ did." In my opinion it would instantly take me out of the suspension of disbelief if I suddenly spotted a Daniel Radcliffe knock off wandering about, no matter how well cast it is
darkpenguincowboy I've seen a lot of Harry Potter look-a-likes, some dead on. Only Daniel Radcliffe could play "Daniel Radcliff", but this isn't the 'Wizarding World of Daniel Radcliff", this is the world of HARRY POTTER, a fictional character. You're not there to see Daniel Radcliff, you're there to see Harry Potter. And he wouldn't be walking around, you'd have to wait in a long line to to meet him. Monksbain it's the exact same text as in the book and film
But they did rush trough it much quicker then i remember from the movie... But maybe it would be to boring if they told it in a slower pace because there isn't really that much happening with the puppets...
Ben Vangenechten It would’ve been cool if it was a puppet show than on stage.
They kinda have to do 4 more shows
The background music in order: "Living Death" (HP6), "The Ministry of Magic" (HP5), "Lily's Theme" (HP7P2), "Obliviate" (HP7), "Polyjuice Potion" (HP7). The song that plays while they're putting everything away is "The Slug Party" (HP6).
Nice, thank you!!
the Death puppet is magnificent!!! would love to have him in my room
what?
Wait u wanna die? That’s. Weird
One of the reasons I went to universal studios. It was seeing it in person. I can't wait to go back.

Fizzing whiz bees that death model at the end is creepier than any dementor
Death's puppet is AMAZING! I hope to see it in person soon!
I always cry at the part when the youngest brother gives his son the Invisibility Cloak, I just get so sensible there😭😭🖤
I always loved this part of the movie, and the puppets are so accurate.
Universal Orlando's one weakness has always been live entertainment/shows. It was cute, but I feel the story had much more potential.
Yes.
It was exactly what was in the book. What more could you want?
A bit more magic I guess.
It's not a full-blown show, it's street entertainment.
ToyFan 장난감 팬
I still like the way Hermoine read the story, not as dramatic and childish
Who wants to see another play of the Tales of Beedle the Bard, “The Wizard and the Hopping pot & Babbity Rabbity”?
That was a pretty a cool show.
you got bald and fat and ugly, and you still don't use a proper grammar
@@astridstoik6002 Jeese Do You Have To Be Rude

Spider Troll OMG RON
I went there last year and while I found this entertaining what really takes the cake, in my opinion, was the Celestina Warbeck concert. I really liked the music and it was extremely entertaining
This was a highlight from my trip!!
I seen this while I was in Florida... It was awesome!
Great show, but I feel the ending and wrap up lacked a lot. :/ I think it would have made things a little more entertaining if Tommy(?) had done a charm as he stepped through the door since he was going to after the play?
This puppets look so cool were can I get some XD
RadTown eqq
very touching and very well done
This story is so powerful ~~
That was a nice show.
The Death puppet kinda reminded of the Other-Mother from Coraline.
I remember walking by and death just popping out
This is kind of cool. : 3 Basically telling the story of The Elder Wand, Invisibility Cloak and The Philosopher Stone. : 3 All well done.
GaarasIchibi88 Its the Resurrection Stone.. The Philosopher's Stone is something completely different. Its just a simplified version of the story that Hermione read in Deathly Hallows.

Are you even a potterhead?? It's the resurrection stone
Guys only one person needs to say it jeez
In case you didn't get that, it's the Resurrection Stone! xD
This is a great show.
I would've freaked out if the life sized version of Death actually took the youngest brother in the end.
I actually have that book. The Tale of the Three Brothers is my favorite story. :)
I have the book too! I like this story, but I really like The Fountain of Fair Fortune.
I want this job.
Wow that was amazing!
Wow this was amazing!
Death looks awesome

its supposed to be street entertainment, simple and fun :)
Hufflepuff Much? said the person mascot is a badger a big weasel
Ha a big weasel? Badgers will rip your face off if you get too close
i.got.chills.
This show is supposed to have two of the tales. I wanna see the other one!
Ron: Mother used to say Midnight
Hermione: *glares*
Ron: Twilight is fine : D
So beautiful
I really like the performance.
10/10 would watch Deathly Hallows again to see how accurate it is
I like the performance, cool
if death cant find whoever wears the invisibility cloak how does snape sense harry's presence whilst wearing it?
Michael Baker I think it has to do with Snape's deep love and connection to Lily and the fact that Harry carries her protective spell. So, just as Snape's patronus is the same as Lily's (a doe), he can feel her presence in spite of the invisibility cloak.

Tiffany P Stop reading into it too much. Geez. Lilly's "love" and "protection" has NOTHING to do with the cloak. Jesus Christ, man.
Tiffany P I actually think that this is the most detailed and beautiful explanation and I would love it to be true xx
@@tp1492a Snape never had "deep love and connection to Lily"... He had a one sided obsession because she was the only person who didn't treat him like total shit. He was the definition of an incel. I saw the same show spring break 2015.
I don't remember seeing this in Carkitt Markit.
Hey, guys, could you tell me the name of this handsome guy on the right? I saw him several days ago twice, and I really like him. He is charming 😍

Are they pressed for time? It all felt a bit rushed
They forgot to say that he was wine sodden and that the other wizard slit the first brothers throat
We all know the story of the 3 brothers
Fancy Harry Potter puppet palls
is it sad that I know exactly which songs are playing from the harry potter soundtracks....?
(In irish accent) SCREW GRIFFINDORE SLITHERIN AND RAVENCLAW

It would have been better if the puppeteers weren’t visible.
WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i was there!
Which is the second track in the background , after Lily's theme?
It's called "Obliviate" from DH Part 1.
Lynsey Baker gracias

I could do this off-script
I saw that
The shorter girl is gorgeous.
Hate how their wands are harrys
All actor/actress must fake a British accents.
They're semi-convincing.. I could deal with it until the man said 'figure' like a total American.
