This decorator has skilled hands. No motion is wasted. I have only attended one Hindu wedding but everything was decorated richly. Family and friends are so important that many people came from India and other countries.

Beautiful result without fancy and expensive accessories, no wasted food, no transferring the cream into smaller cups and bags for decoration, which wastes a lot of material... Congratulations on economical and clean production and beautiful result 👌

They wasted a lot of cake, and the cake was covered in fondant. They really didn't have need for piping the icing, as dollops worked just fine. Had they used fully edible decorations, flowers, it would have been a more impressive display of talent. With modern silicone spatulas, little is wasted, anyway.

Using round cake pans would get better results and reduce having to clean up uneven cake layers even if they're going to be crumb-coated and covered in fondant.
