@@JM-lc3ki Little backstory. Guy getting shit was a VC sapper during the tet offensive and allegedly was behind a bombing that killed the son of the man who shot him. The man in question, though I forget his name, was chief of police in Saigon. Its up to you if it was justified or not. Personally I don't think so but I do see where the chief was coming from with losing his son and all.
