Glad it helped! I do sell snapshots but they're for specific industries, like life insurance, annuities, business loans, etc. I don't sell just generic snapshots.

Hi I'm confused as to what lists and the locations the emails are being stored, Im familiar with getresponse, so rather than the emails being stored in an external autresponder like getreponse they're stored within a clients gohighlevel website? And then something like leadconenctor is then used to send the emails out?

You create a Smart List using the filters tab on the right. Once you filter your leads, there will be an option at the bottom to save as a Smart List
After you verify your emails, how to you re-import them back into go high level ? Thanks a ton! Great video!
Go to contacts and then click the import button. From there, select your CSV file and you're good to go.

I still have some difficulties defining the sender, especially when sending emails directly within conversations.
I want leads/clients to receive the emails with the sender's name and email of the person who is sending the email. However, the GHL support team mentioned that what appears in the lead's inbox (sender name/email) is what is set as the default header in the custom domain of LC.
How are you dealing with this? Do you use only one generic sender?
This series has been a huge help thank you! When I try to send the template using a bulk email action, the custom value email address is not working. It says the email address is not valid even though if i type the email address in instead of the variable it will work. Have any ideas? Thanks
Glad it helped! That's usually an issue with the email address you're trying to send to, not your from email address. Check the email you're trying to send and check to see if DND is turned on for email for that contact.

I watched an ItsKeaton video from a year ago where he says he doesn’t like GHL’s email. He said the design is buggy and bad deliverability.
Has that been your experience? It seems like they’ve updated the design since then and you have tips for deliverability too

For the email verification thing, isn't that available on GHL? I think I've gone through something like that on the platform, but I don't remember where exactly
It is but it's more expensive.
Great video. I sent 100 emails out with my sub account and thought it would be fine because ramp up says you can send 250 on day 1. My bounce rate was 33% though so I must’ve messed something up. Do you know how I can get my email sending privileges back.

Regarding your account, it should be back within 24 hours. But if you want to avoid complications in the future, I suggest you watch the video again and implement what I show you.
Thanks for this Video. I'm confused on the DN D part on the automation workflow. Wouldn't you want to enable for enable text and calls if the email bounce or complained.
Yes, that's why you only enable DND for email, not for calls and texts

So, for each subaccount you use the same dedicated domain as your agency and then forward it to their personal email they use?
Not the one for my own agency. But I have a separate domain that I use specifically for my clients email addresses. Each of them (each sub-account) has their own sub-domain email address from it.
is it not ok to have same sending address as dedicated domain.if i use diffrent what will happen?
You want to use the sending address to be the same as the dedicated domain. Otherwise it will always to go the spam folder.
Can you clarify how you setup that custom email address and put it into a value? It doesn't make sense.

hey im confused by what you mean by make sure the from address is the same as th email do you mean the same domain as the dedicated domain?
If you're dedicated domain is email.businessname.com, then every time you send an email, the from email address needs to be @email.businessname.com. It doesn't matter what goes in front of the @ (team, info, your first name, etc.). But the actual email address itself needs to be whatever the dedicated domain is.
For the “send from”, what happens when you have different users and you want to show those emails are coming from the user the customer was communicating with ? How would you reconcile that ?
Unfortunately you can't. But in that case, I would just use the name of the business as the from name.

Good video. What does DND stand for?
I believe it just stands for Do Not Disturb.
Something that just occurred to me, could you automate the “insertion” of the value inside of a custom value ? For instance, I would have an automation that says: “ser custom value #03 to “Xmas Special”” then, the following step will send the email with that custom value.
Right now, you can't automatically update custom values.

If one of your clients spams a bunch of people with their subdomain that you gave them that is part of our domain, will that ruin our domain sending for all of our other clients?
It could but GHL has good safeguards in place now to prevent that. If the bounce rate gets too high, it disables the ability for that sub-account to send emails.

Hey thank you for this man but I am noticing you arent using the workflow and still using campaign. Isnt GHL phasing campaign and templates out? I was told not to use that anymore.
Yes they are but I only use workflows anyways. I may have accidentally clicked campaigns but workflows are all I use now.
Maybe you're talking about sending a manual email. Which in that case, after you create the email using the email builder, you would create a "campaign" for it. But that's different than the campaigns and triggers features that GHL is phasing out.

Depends on what you're looking to do. But most likely yes. Not much you can't do in GHL.

Is email deliverability better in LC email than gmail integrated in the SMTP service?
Seems to be about the same. Haven't noticed a difference.
My understanding is that LC is best at the agency level for email blasts and newsletters. Gmail is better in the account level for 2-way sync 🤷♂
@@Learnandrelax Depends on what you're using it for. For mass cold emailing, use Gmail. For sending emails inside of workflows, follow-up, occasional email blasts, etc. LC is the way to go
@@LeadsForLocals Copy that. Myself, nor any of the subaccounts I work with Cold Email - Everyone had to opt-in at some point. So they are either getting Drips from a workflow, a 1-1 email response or a monthly/twice-monthly email newsletter.
