Implementing AWS IAM Attribute-Based Access Control

  • AWS IAM Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) is a way we can use tags on our resources in AWS to apply access control. The tags are used in combination with Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies to authorize access to AWS resources. In the hands-on lab, you'll see an example of authorizing (and denying) access to specific Amazon RDS instances for an AWS IAM user account.

    How do you add environmental attributes here? like time of the day? or the access should be from this date to that date?

    I tried to do this on my aws console and got an error message for both dev & prod
