So I wanted to cover a vlog of South Indian delicacies and I came across this restaurant called Chattynadu and they serve a mixture of Keralan and Tamil dishes. I met the chef who belongs from Chennai and knows his dishes and flavors very well. I ordered for Chicken Chettinadu, Polachi Mutton, Prawn Roast and Fish Fry. The place is made very authentically and been running for a while now. Pricing is decent as per the ambience and quality. Parking is not a problem as the place is located in a proper complex. They have offered a discount of 15% incase you take my reference. They deliver as well so you can contact them in the below given number. Finally glad to see someone in Delhi not screwing up Surmai fish with its cut. That's how Surmai should be cut and fried. Not deep fried like a pakora and definitely NOT like cubes.
Someone will get killed for cutting surmai that way here in South/Coastal side

You are the first Indian Food Vlogger in setting up the right precedent for the Food Vlogging community when it comes to the Food Safety Protocols and proper PPE while entering into the kitchens. Great Yaar.
Simultaneously, you're also setting up the precedent for the chef's and owners of the kitchens where (normally) the chefs don't don (wear) any Hairnet. Maybe someone will learn from you.
Believe it or not, you've set up the predecent for Yahya/ Anubhav Sapra/ Spiceler as well because they all barge in someone's Kitchen without obedience of Food Safety Protocols and proper PPE.
Killing many birds with just one stone, you're a Champion now.
Food Vloggers touching food with their bare hands is a complete no no, in the kitchen or the counters unless the food is meant for only you. Just saying.
