Mam, If colonoscopy and sigmoidoscopy is performed at session which one we have to report? You dictated it as colonoscopy must be reported but in your slide it is code sigmoidoscopy . Which one is correct?

Its colonoscopy by mistake only i wrote it as sigmoidoscopy.
