Offsets all round the building may be provided as per the respective municipal corporation norms and it can be reworked. At least 3m offset is required all round the building. Otherwise the plan is excellent.

19 feet mein 2 cars park hota hai kya?
JI 19 feet ki width me aap 2 car agal bagal me park kar sakte ho but 19 fit ki length me aage, piche 2 car park nahi kar sakte.
