The only email I received is the purchase confirmation. It congratulates me, thanks me for my purchase, and has a blue Login which took me to the application. Is this what you're referring to? Or is there a completely different email?
I am in the Kajabi App and I have access to two areas but not the Community. I am unable to see anyone's post. Is there something else that I need to do?
Also i did submit a registration for my soror who had surgery the day of registration. I entered her information including her email and she never received confirmation to her email. Now when i got to the payment screen to pay on her behalf when i registered her, thats where i entered my email address in order to receive my receipt. Perhaps the registration isn't pulling from the registration email but is pulling from the payment email?

@@angelaknight309 you did not register for reset. You have two registrations for the 40DTu. Are you aware you cannot repeat? Also you did not register on the 17th but on December 24th. One email is ***wooten@gmail and the other *wooten2@gmail. Please not this is not reset which is what you qualify for.

@JourneyLifeTV I am a 100% positive I registered. I have my bank withdrawal for the $15 registration .I have looked in my jumk mail as well as my Spam. There is no email from Journey Life TV, or Reset , used every possible combination to check Spam and trash. There's no email.

@@angelaknight309 if you have access don’t worry about the email. The access credentials are the same you made when you registered.
