I just started my 3 month journey can't wait to see how it turns out. almost finish with my goal getting my third degree in exercise science and in the middle of my internship now.
I have struggled mentally for WEEKS! now, for various reasons and I am interested in 3 money making things, but due to my mental health and feeling like i'm just rotting away on my sofa bc i don't have it in me to 'essentially' change my life, which i want so desperately! I've done nothing to change things, not bc i dont want to but i feel like i cant, the reality of my situation is Soo uncomfortable that i hide in watching netflix, disney, youtube... but i know if i commit to 1 or 2 or even 3 of these things bc i could do them along side each other, I could be living a different life by October / November. This video has been really helpful, very inspiring, educational in a, motivating way.. I know i can do it and i too love the 90 day, 3 month, 12 week year, plan of things but ive struggled with just 'forcing myself' lol to do it so I appreciate your new way of looking at it, im not forcing myself im just ensuring that in 3/4 months I will not! still be in the same situation thats causing my low mental state xx Thanks again and good luck on your goals (with videos like this, you dont need my luck tho)
I’m sorry to hear that your mental state is not in the way of your dreams. But I have this strategy of committing to a goal that your “Laziest Self” can do. The goal that is so watered down from your original goal that even the version of you that is unwilling to do anything can still get up and do it. For example: if you want to lose 10lbs in a month. The “lazy strategy” would be I am just gonna go for a walk for 20minutes. Because essentially you want your lazy self to get used to accomplishing things and start to train your brain to get addicted to the feeling of accomplishment that you can feel yourself start changing into a person who can actually commit to losing 10lbs in a month. So you aren’t sacrificing your mental health of consistently failing but meeting yourself at the level you can actually achieve. Sure, it’ll take a long time to get to where you want to be but it’s better than never getting there at all. I hope your situation gets better and you can feel a bit better ❤️.

Uhh, thats a sound bite right there!! I Love that Xx Most mornings i drop my daughter off at the school bus and walk around a couldersack estate to get some steps in before i rot on my sofa all day, then me and her go for a night time walk, the houses are ones you buy so they inspire us to want bigger and better. and although fitness is on my list its a little further down.. I have more pressing goals. But i'm going to look at my goal and see how i can temporarily water it down bc i agree any movement towards my goals is better than no movement at all and im currently so deep in my feelings its like being stuck in the mud. but with your content/words I see you doing well, great videos and I can feel the impact you want to have on people, it will get noticed. Thanks again, for taking the time to comment all that and have a great weekend X
