- I Crashed an E-Bike and Then Ate At My Favorite Pho Restaurant in Washington State! Pho Bac Cafe in Kent has some of the most flavorful broth in their Pho Dac Biet. This spot has no relation to the Seattle Pho Bac Sup Shop and it was so good that I ate here twice in a span of 3 days. Definitely the best Pho in Kent in my opinion and so far it’s the best I’ve had in the great Northwest. I highly recommend to anyone visiting or passing through Kent, WA for a delicious bowl of Pho. I eat at that Pho' Bac restaurant at least twice a month. You are right, it's the best Pho', located in Kent, Wa. The original Pho' Bac run by their mom is in Tacoma, Wa. located on 11th st. and Martin Luther King Jr. Way. I ate it since 1986 when their father was alive. After the father passed away, the mother takes over until now. They bought that business in 1986, my first year in college.

Vietnamese referred to the fried rolls as spring rolls and the fresh salad rolls as summer rolls. Other cultures that do the fried roll tend to call it lumpia. True egg roll in the Chinese culture is literally rolled in a thin egg wrap.
You already know I’m part of the Seattle fam and that restaurant is definitely up there. It’s all about the broth for me. I’m all about the combo with extra tripe and tendon. I have my raw beef on the side. I’m going to need to put together a little list for you pho sho for next time you come for a visit. I love it when you come out to the west side. There’s so many restaurants out here that would be dope to review.
Correct, here in Jersey we call the fresh shrimp salad rolls summer rolls too but some people still call it spring rolls which is confusing lol
Oh and yes I feel like i didn’t even get to cover a lot of restaurants I wanted to hover on this trip, it went by too fast. Def need to return and review more spots in Seattle
Tai Nam from Mekha Noodles in Portland is the best Pho I ever tried.
I can tell that was legit when you never stopped sipping the broth, slurping the noodles, and eating the meat and tripe and tendons. That's my kind of pho right there. Nice touch with the sambal olek and the hoisin together. Good one, enjoyed watching you do a number on it almost as much as I would have enjoyed having some in front of my right now.
Broth was so addicting. So good I ate there twice in 2 days

I was told that thing goes 60mph. It was my first time riding an ebike too. I underestimated the power and tried to make sharp turn while braking the rear tire lol

that one of my favorite restuarant in kent too bro pho bac .Is taste way better in tacoma restuarant pho.that the only my favorite pho in kent bro other place like tacoma,seattle is dont taste good as in kent bro.
