The College of Community Science erstwhile College of Home Science is a constituent college of Assam Agricultural University, Jorhat which was established in the year 1973. The college is celebrating the glorious 50th year of its establishment in 2022-23.
Community science education is an applied and integrated science which aims at improving the quality of life of the individual family and community through teaching, research, and extension activities. The college is a premier institute for Community Science education in North East India.
