I was a gymnast for over a decade & some injuries I saw were awful. I never personally had any ‘bad’ accidents happen so I’m pretty lucky (I did get whiplash twice in one week, house maids knee & knees so painful i can barely walk most days). However, someone in my gym broke both of their ankles on vault, 3 dislocated knees (one girl also dislocated her shoulder twice too). One of the girls I trained with was 3 months pregnant & still training (trampolining). She did take a break from trampolining but the baby is currently 4 I believe and is completely fine!
