No that is an interesting leap. But believable. A settlement, enough money, can certainly lead evil men to kill.
I thought something very similar when they said settlement more than once. And definitely could be motive.

This is truly heartbreaking 💔 but amazing communication with Joyce! From my understanding spirits can be anywhere and everywhere because they’re energy! My Mom passed unexpectedly and she didn’t believe in paranormal but had tried to contact me through my Ghost Meter by turning it on and making it beep in red repeatedly but I was skeptical about it being her because she was so against me doing investigations! But then a random medium contacted me for my mom! I got to talk with my mom after she passed through the medium but she did admit my beliefs are 💯 and she can be with me and my sisters all the time but she is in Heaven and it’s beautiful and she is healthy and happy but she wasn’t ready to go yet. 😢❤

She said “a lot” twice around the same time she said explore, settlement, and argument. Maybe a lot didn’t refer to an amount but rather a plot of land near there on the river. If there is an empty lot near Kim and her neighbor’s house, perhaps that’s what she was talking about.

That lady is definitely off. If what I understand from her interview is true, then she was the child of some sort of cult or something. But that aside, her proof seemed a little off. I'm NOT the skeptic type, but the crystal thing and the video of the tv falling was a little ridiculous. She clearly had the crystal pendant schtick planned out for the show. And my question with the tv thing: who sets up a camera in their room like that. It seemed a little too convenient that she sets up a camera in her room and THATS when the entity dropped the tv on her. And I'm not gonna lie, the phone app thing is hard to accept, even though I really want to. The only way to prove the app is legit, would be to get the developer to release the source code, so people can see EXACTLY how it works (otherwise the argument can be made, that it's nothing more than a sophisticated Magic 8-ball).
All that aside, I really appreciate the work you guys are doing. I hope, like many others, that you continue this mission, and uncover undeniable proof, for the world to witness. Keep it up. May God Bless You.
