We just tried the waterwear. We realized that our kid don't hear at the same level. Even at the top volume. What can be wrong? We didn't have such a problem with Sonnet waterwear. We probably continue to use our oldest Sonnet with Waterwear for swimming.

Bella, thank you for your question. The WaterWear cover can be used up to three times; however, the adhesive strip should be replaced after each use. If swimming time exceeds more than two hours during one day, the adhesive strip should be replaced. Kind regards, Alicia

Demasiado caro para tan poco uso. El implante coclear no es un lujo, es algo de primera necesidad. Que un protector para agua solo pueda usarse 3 veces y que tenga el precio que tiene, es demasiado abusivo. Debería ser un protector o caja como tienen otras casas, por ejemplo advance biónic, que aunque el kit agua es caro se puede reutilizar infinidad de veces.

What do u mean 3 times like for a example 20 min swimming and while getting out to eat some snacks and want to go back and put 2nd sticker ?
