I have been struggling for so long to understand how mapping works, and after watching this video I finally get it. Thank you so much, this is going to solve a huge issue I'm having with an app I'm working on.
I was so confused about how to replace "Null" values after a left join. You helped to me to use the mapping tables to avoid get null values using mapping tables instead of left join, Thanks!
Hello, thanks for you video, how do you do this if you have the data profiler enabled? (i do not want to unlock the auto-generated code). Thanks! Leonardo
Hi, If I am not wrong you are saying we should take column from mapping table (the table having mapping key word on top of the load statement). Yes, you are correct Secondly, Yes column can can be different also, basically the column name to be mapped should be there. Thank you

Hi, I didn't get your question completely, can you please send me the details in qlik2express@gmail.com?
How can be three tables mapped with having only 2 columns each
inside applymap you should take column from second table not from mapping table...and column name can be different
