Appreciate this kind of video, having a heads up of what procedures are like really helps with the stress and gives me a baseline to work from if something feel right. Makes it a lot easier to advocate when youre informed!
Thank you so much for the information. I am gonna go through the tip table because I did the monitor. And I have to find out what’s going on with me. Thanks for sharing your video. I appreciate it. You explain things really good.
@@Kayleetvvv delayed orthostatic hypotension, which is one of many forms of dysautonomia. My blood pressure dropped to 48/30 at its lowest point during the test.
Mine was Dec 24 headache straight away back of my head Then sweating breathlessness heart rate from 65.at base to 125 Severe nausea ! Like sooo severe, fast breathing Had to ask to be put down as it was so intense . Base line bp was 135/85 then went to 100/70 at its worst Shaking after the straight breathlessness and boiling hot Pots diagnosed V unpleasant experience and I didn't last the full 40 minutes No medication given to me
So what the ttt is is not a true to life test. I find this bizarre. No coffee or tea for 24hrs before test? No food 2 hrs before test? I won’t be following these procedures. I have 2 knee ligaments missing in same knee. I would prefer a true to life test.

You are so welcome! Hope it all goes okay for you!
I had my test today! It was the worst test I’ve ever had in my life! Finally got my diagnosis, but damn, I never want to ever have to do it again. 😢
It's not very nice, sending love to you and wishing you a speedy recovery from the test!
What did you get diagnosed with?

Medication?
We all manage our pots through a variety of strategies, I believe AHC have videos on pots management
Why do people throw this POTS diagnosis around. Not everyone knows what that is 🤷♀️
