Looking at that kit lots of it would be good for cycling, you need compact, light and useful. I carried a dedicated set of pliers for years doing that and a small flashlight is no bad thing as your bike light and headtorch have specific uses. You would have a pouch that attached to the bike frame and a bike multitool though.
