Have about 20 kills so far, so I think I'll stick with level 95 for now.
Playing with the inventory open really feels more safe. Never really seen it before on Rathma video's. For sure I can imagine doing the same myself. Great vid!
Damn bud, that's a lot of life. Also "that is for sure" is definitely your "good stuff", and I think you should own it lol. Trying to take a break is understandable. Absolutely good stuff tho. Nice work man!
Thanks, m8! This was a pretty ugly run, so it looks a little cleaner with practice and better RNG. How much I get decrepified or knocked back by the baal attack plays a big part.
Rathma has certain health thresholds where he spawns Conjured Souls or more Conjured Souls (not sure which), when you see him spawn them, hit him a bit before killing them to avoid getting overrun with them. I had Rathma spawn 6 Conjured Souls in a row which made me realize it.
Nothing appears to interrupt charge, apart from the knocknack from mendeln, but even then it appears to be random on whether or not it knocks me back. This particular fight was an anomaly from my experience on the amount of times I was pushed around.
I’m new to pd2 and I have a question if anyone can answer. From what I’m seeing all the best end game gear rarely use runewords. So why is runes worth anything at all in pd2? They can help in sockets and some runewords before you get your endgame uniques and jewels. But why would the other person want to trade their uniques for runes? This is what I don’t understand.
Mercenaries end up using a ton of runewords like infinity, ferocity, innocence, flickering flame, shattered wall, exile, plague, wrath, fortitude, and rapture. Everyone makes CTAs. Poison characters make brambles. Uber characters use jahs for more life, plus some use vex/ohm/Lo for stacked res. Many use ohms for damage in their weapons.
