Custom Novarossi P5 Break In. (In Depth Video Soon)

Here are some short clips from the break in of my revived P5. I resized the sleeve it and did some some mod work and part swap outs with it. I’m gonna be at the track the day after uploading this so I’ll have some footage of the engine running and I’ll do an in-depth video showing the internals and the work I did to the engine. Update: testing of this engine didn’t go as planned and didn’t end very well :( the first 3 tanks at the track were good. The first 2 were figuring out the tune and the other 2 we’re seeing how the engine performed. After that I tried to run again but the engine kept dying on me and was acting like it had no compression so I thought, “ok I just need to pinch it more,” but I was wrong. I swapped my flashpoint fp02 back into my buggy so I wouldn’t have to deal with low compression issues for the rest of the day. After the swap, I took the engine apart and come to find out, the g clip for the wrist pin came out and wrecked the head button, piston, and sleeve. I will still make an in-depth video of the engine and showcase the damage. Thankfully the Nova P5 piston and sleeve is readily available on multiple websites. The REDS 521 sport sleeve would also work too since that engine is practically the same as the P5. This thing isn’t going down without a fight
