Net exam postponed for one month, otherwise students get their results and can apply for A/P . But because of delay exam so many students who may have qualified exam, can't apply. After a long time such vacancies are published. Please make a video regarding, so that these students can apply according to score card of NET.

Greetings, ma'am 🙏. I am a PhD scholar of Zoology from a State University so all my research work has been done under UGC regulations and I submitted my thesis last month so am I eligible for Higher Education Service Commissions or do I have to wait for my viva and provisional degree?
