លោកអ៊ុំ សោម ផេន អាយុ58 មានទីលំភូមិ ព្រៃងោង ឃុំភារីមានជ័យ ស្រុកបរសេដ្ឋ ខេត្ត កំពង់ស្ពឺ គាត់ចេះធ្វេីខ្លែងឯកហេីយបានបង្ហោះជារៀងរាល់ឆ្នាំ។ Uncle Saom Phen, 58, lives in Prey Ngorng village, Pharymeachey commune, Borseth district, Kampong province, Kingdom of Cambodia. He makes a kite called KLENG EK in khmer language and he flies it in windy season every year.
ខ្លែងខ្មែរដែលល្បីល្បាញជាងគេគឺ ខ្លែងឯក ដែលមានរូបរាងកោង ឬដូចជាអង្រឹង អាចបង្កើតជាសម្លេងតន្ត្រីយ៉ាងពីរោះនៅពេលត្រូវខ្យល់បក់។ ឧបករណ៍តន្ត្រីឯកត្រូវបានភ្ជាប់យ៉ាងខ្ពស់ ទៅនឹងសម្លេងខ្លែង។ អ្នកបង្ហោះខ្លែងភាគច្រើនអាច ត្រូវបានគេរកឃើញនៅក្នុងខេត្តកណ្តាលកំពង់ចាម កំពង់ធំ សៀមរាប បន្ទាយមានជ័យ ក្រចេះព្រៃវែង កំពង់ស្ពឺ តាកែវ កំពត ក្រុងកែប និងទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ៕ Khmer kite which is the most popular one is called 'Kleng Ek'. On the head of this kite is attached with single music instruments which can make music sound by the wind in the sky.
