@@FoodReviewClubUK if that's how you prefer your eggs then who am I to criticise. Some people prefer over cooked eggs I guess but the dish still isn't right as not meant to be cooked that way. It's hard not to be critical when you've been a chef.
That was just the way he likes it other people might love it like that so doesn't mean it can't be 9.7 just because it wasn't how he prefers it others might still love it that way just because one person doesn't prefer something a certain way doesn't mean it should be marked lower lol
