      Yeah that's annoying lol. But luckily, the cheapest and most reasonable priced top loaders I can find is at stores near me. On amazon, it's just insane.

    top loaders I found can create a curve to the card for best alternative results go with the one touch cases and put the sleeve on top of the card

    Thanks for all the helpful info. Are you ever afraid of too much protection? Penny sleeve into a top loader followed by a team bag to seal it? I was just curious because it seems safe, but I'm afraid it may build condensation without any airflow to the card. I have my cards protected like this now should it be a problem?

      I don’t think it’s a problem personally. There’s still airflow and it’s much safer. Make sure the cards are stored in a cool, dry place tho

    You can scratch the blue tape off so much easier than other tapes ,which is nice because some people go to town with the tape when mailing things.

    What would retail boxes and products go in? For example, panini prizm and rookies and superstars. Thanks for your insight and recommendations on this topic. As a kid returning to football cards, it's tough to get supplies so I want to know which supplies are essential since I prolly wont be opening any hobby boxes anytime soon LOL.

    Toploaders yellow and are acidic. Sleeves want stop the acid.

    I am not a new guy to the sports card business I am actually a kid but don’t underestimate my cards/collection but I still learned a bit cause I wanted to learn about the MAGS cause I pulled a Jason Dominguez bowman card and I was worried about the space but thank you 🙏

    If you have them I one touch and put a bag around it would you need silica packs? Top loader also if you put a bag around it wouldn't mold be a issue at some point

    Using a binder, which I still have, in the 90's was no problem because the Ultra Pro pages were nice and sturdy. Nowadays the sleeves and pages are flimsy as hell. The price of the cards have skyrocketed and the damn protection for the cards have plummeted....tragedy....smh

      If it fits without resistance it should be fine. But if you have to force or really push it in, it can damage it

    i got a one touch for my booklet too but there seems so be a little space so it can wiggle side to side. I noticed your goff booklet has some space too, do you put a sleeve in the one touch or do anything to prevent it from sliding? Thanks in advance

    why do you have to keep the mag holders from getting scratched? Doesn't that just affect the outside? The cards are still safe on the inside, correct?

    Do you find top loaders get super dusty? They have a static electricity that makes them a dust magnet. Even with team bags , it takes 10 seconds and their covered in dust

    You said you put the sleeve over the card in the magnetic holders. Why not in the sleeve? Someone told me to try the kmc perfect fit sleeves and then go into the mags. What do u think?

      If I were going to put 50 regular baseball cards in mags, but wanted to sleeve them (like you did on at least one, Aaron Judge), should I get the 55 pt or the 35pt? I notice you mention the sleeve with the judge card and it’s in 55pt, will that not fit in 35pt. Is it even advisable to sleeve cards in mags? Does that not ruin the integrity of the card since the mag has a designated spot for the card. Thanks so much. Fantastic video

      I wouldn’t put it in a toploader. It should be fine in the smallest size mag. Maybe lay a sleeve on top of the card

    What do you recommend for 64mmX90mm and 65mmX90mm for double sleeving and placing into a magnetic hard case? It seems that a 65mmX90.40 or a 65.25 X 90.25 pocket for certain brand cases are the dimensions to go with a hard case...

    Nice video. I have a question for you. I just bought the same 130 point toploaders and thick card sleeves (ultra pro). and the sleeve is a little too wide to slide in the toploader. Now I can force it in but then the soft sleeve would put pressure on the corners. Alternative?

    Are there any penny sleeves that fit into magnetic one touches? Just worried the card will get damaged slightly moving inside.. I found ultra pro pro-fit sleeves but they say they aren’t recommended for sharp corner sports cards but they do fit in the one touch.

    I’m quite new to collecting and i got a ruby red wave zion from a prizm break and they put it in a one touch, not sure if they put penny sleeves on top to protect the surface but if they didn’t could the card be damaged?

      It won’t damage it too much but it may slightly rub the surface if it moves too much

    Nice video! I’ve actually been looking for a card storage box, kind of like a wallet, that holds a stack of cards in one big pocket preferably with a sleeve at the front/cover to customize it a little. You seem like you know your cards, so do you know of something like I described?

    For my Jersey cards I used 130 pt top loaders but I used scotch tape on the top instead of the blue tape. I've been hearing this could damage the card. Should I leave them alone or take them out and put them in new top loaders with the blue tape?

      Blue tape is best and depending on the card a toploader could be better. I have a new updated video on this

    Super helpful video! Quick question, I have toploaders myself and I've noticed that they have a slight bend/ warp to them. Do you know if this affects the card in any way? Also, how do you store your double sleeved cards? Do you put them in a card box? Thanks!

      Only an LCS or an online retailer would have them. Walmart and target won’t have them

    Hey Pac-Man is it normal that a thick card sleeve for patch cards is harder to slide into a thick toploader than if you use a normal sleeve

    What up man. Love the vid. I know this is old and may be crazy... but why lay the sleeve on top of the card in the mag? Why not just just put it in a sleeve then put it in the mag? Is that wrong? Very curious! Thanks again, love your videos!
