And so, the story of Tom's disappearance and his transformation at the thought of xnopyt became a whispered tale in Cresthaven. The townspeople would gather by the fireside, recounting the extraordinary tale of a man who dared to pursue the mysteries of the world beyond and paid the ultimate price for his insatiable curiosity.

If I had a nickel for every time a meme video of Tom Scott disintegrating got big, I'd have two nickels, which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice.
I’m honestly not sure why this has me in shambles, but here we are.
I didn't have my glasses on and thought the word was written in Cyrillic ("хпорут" instead of "xnopyt"). I expected to hear something closer to "khporut." But the *AA-* caught me even more off guard. (I hadn't seen the original video until after I watched this one.) Also well done on the special effects.
