Don't be so harsh to yourself. I know many reverts tend to rush anything, and then it become overwhelming for them. Learn one by one at a time, slowly but sure you'll get there. As for your question about movies, I don't think it's haram to watch movies. It depends on what kind of movies that we watch. I suggest before watching any movies, make sure the movie is worthy to watch. I usually read the reviews first so I can filter which one is safe and good to watch, and which one is better be avoided 😁

I always read reviews before I watch some movie, but now I’ll be even more careful:)😅 You know, it is really hard to hear different opinions, for one’s haram, for other not. I don’t want to make any innovations to our religion, do it’s really complicated 😅 I also noticed, that depending of what country is the person, this person will have different opinions about what is haram or halal 😅🥹 I always try to follow some authentic Hadith, but still, sometimes I feel bad if I watch a movie, or I hear a naat or nasheed. Music itself is haram, but what are your thoughts about nasheeds or just musical instruments? Do you use to listen to it? Sorry, if I ask too much, but believe me, I’m full of doubts…
